NAT: Vendor Space

VENDOR SPACE

The Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America will host its 2026 Annual National Specialty at Purina Farms, Gray Summit, MO this year.

The climate-controlled Event Center will be the site of our show headquarters. All events will be held on site at Purina Farms. Herding, Agility, Fast Cat, Conformation, Obedience, and Rally events, as well as all rental grooming spaces and vendor booths will be on site.

Our National Schedule begins with Herding held on Saturday and Sunday, October 3rd and 4th. Agility will be held Monday, October 5th. Obedience, Rally, Fast Cat and Beginner Puppy Competition events are all held on Tuesday, October 6th. Conformation & Sweepstakes start on Wednesday October 7th and run through Saturday October 10th.

Each vendor space is approximately 10’x10’. *One 10’ x 10’ space is $100 / *One 10’ x 20’ space $175 / *One 10 x 30’ space $250 for the entire week. You may reserve multiple spaces (only for the same vendor, 3 maximum). Each 10’ x 10’ space will be provided with (1) 6’ Table and (2) chairs.

***Booths that are 10’ x 10’ can be shared between 2 vendors max. 10' x 20' are reserved for SINGLE vendors (in other words, 10' x 20' at the $175 discounted pricing CANNOT be split between multiple vendors). Please do not violate this simple request.

Show site set up will start Monday, October 5th at 9am, you must be quiet if rings are in use. THIS IS NOT NEGOTABLE, Purina is hosting an event on the 6th and needs time to clean and set up for Monday. Please do not ask.

There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE 10% Early Bird discount offered to all vendors who submit a completed contract, with payment POSTMARKED no later than 11:59 pm, September 2nd, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary set up equipment and table covering. This is an indoor, climate-controlled show. Electricity is available but may be limited.

No vendor fees may be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Superintendent.
